The room rates quoted on this website are exclusive of government taxes. GST and other applicable taxes shall be added on top of all listed charges;
The Arcadian Hotels and Resorts management reserves the right to modify any or all listed rates at its sole discretion, at any time and without assigning any reason. Bookings against which advance payment has been received shall, however, be honoured and those shall not, be affected by any such rate adjustments;
Number of beds in our different types of rooms:
Each Twin/Double Room has 2 single beds or 1 double bed; (Shogran, Khanian, Naran, Murree)
Each Suite has 2 single beds or 1 double bed; (Shogran, Naran, Murree)
Each Small Cottage has 1 double bed; (Shogran)
Each Family Room has 4 single beds; (Khanian)
Each Family Cottage has 2 single beds and 1 double bed; (Shogran, Khanian)
The Presidential Family Floor has 2 double beds and 2 single beds; (Khanian)
Extra mattress limits for our different types of rooms/accommodation (charges shall apply as per our prevailing rates).
We allow up to:
1 extra mattress per Twin/Double Room; (Shogran, Khanian, Naran, Murree)
2 extra mattresses per Suite; (Shogran, Naran, Murree)2 extra mattresses per Small Cottage; (Shogran)
2 extra mattresses per Family Room; (Khanian)
3 extra mattresses per Family Cottage; (Shogran, Khanian)
4 extra mattresses on our Presidential Family Floor; (Khanian)
Arcadian offers complimentary breakfast (restricted to our fixed complimentary breakfast menu) to our guests depending on the type of accommodation booked, as follows:
2 breakfasts per night of stay against booking of a Twin/Double Room, Suite or Small Cottage;
4 breakfasts per night of stay against booking of a Family Room, or Family Cottage;
6 breakfasts per night of stay against booking of the Presidential Family Floor in Khanian;
Extra mattress charges DO NOT include complimentary breakfast for the additional guest(s).
Conference or event package rates can be obtained from the Arcadian Hotels and Resorts Head Office in Islamabad. Each event package shall be tailored, and rates quoted, based on the specific requirements of the client;
Arcadian Sprucewoods Shogran, Arcadian Riverside Khanian and Arcadian Peridot Naran may be closed for three to four months between December and March. If you intend to visit one or both of these destinations over winter, please check with the Arcadian Office in Islamabad to find out whether our resorts shall be open or closed on the dates of your planned visit;
Rights of admission are reserved.
Booking Cancellation / Amendment Policy
Tentative bookings may be changed or cancelled by a guest at any time prior to the confirmation deadline listed by Arcadian on the related tentative booking form;
Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled for any reason or under any circumstances whatsoever;
Confirmed booking dates may, however, be changed upon the request of a guest, subject to the following conditions:
During Winter and Spring Seasons and Ramzan, the change must be requested from Arcadian through email at least 72 hours in advance of 12 noon on the original check-in date;
During the peak summer season, the change must be requested from Arcadian through email at least 7 days in advance of 12 noon on the original check-in date;
No request for change of bookings will be entertained by Arcadian if the minimum notice periods listed in clauses 3.a and 3.b above are not provided;
Provided that sufficient advance notice is provided for changing the dates of a confirmed booking, Arcadian shall accommodate such requests conditional upon the availability of the required rooms on the new dates. In case the required rooms are not available on the new dates requested, the guest will have the option of either:
Moving the booking to the next available dates;
Availing the original booking as previously confirmed.
Guests may also request for their confirmed bookings in one Arcadian hotel to be transferred to another Arcadian hotel based upon the guidelines and limitations listed in clauses 3.a to 3.d above. In such cases, in clause 3.d., ‘on the new dates’ may be read as ‘in the other Arcadian property on the dates requested’;
Guests who cancel or request to change their confirmed bookings in contravention of the guidelines above shall forfeit the entire amount of advance payment made to Arcadian against the bookings in question and they shall not be entitled to any refunds whatsoever in such cases;
These policies regarding booking cancellations or changes may be amended by Arcadian Hotels and Resorts (Private) Limited at any time and at its sole discretion.
